When will my order be shipped?
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email when your Fushya order is on its way. You can track your order through 'Shipment Tracking'.
My order is marked as 'delivered' but I haven’t received it.

I haven’t received my order on time.
If expedited shipments do not arrive within 21 days, we will refund the expedited shipping fee. If your Fushya product does not arrive within 45 days, we will provide you with a full refund.

How does the return or exchange process work?
If you wish to return or exchange a Fushya shipment:
You can return your Fushya order within 7 days. If you want to return your order, please contact us through our communication channels.
Return or exchange requests are reviewed within 2–5 days after we receive your Fushya shipment.
For Personalized, Pre-Order, and Custom-Made products, returns are only accepted if the product is not delivered as described. To check whether a product falls under this category, please review the product description. If no such notice is provided, the product is not included in this category.

Why can't I order a Fushya product to my country?
We ship to all locations reached by our carrier. Please contact us.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship to many countries, primarily Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
How long will it take for my international order to arrive?
The international delivery process varies depending on the country and the shipping method you choose, but it typically takes 6–12 days. You can track this process on the 'Shipment Tracking' page.
Do I need to pay taxes and fees?
We care about you and strive to provide the best possible service. For all Fushya shipments, we cover taxes and fees; however,
if your country has an issue with your package, you may be required to pay duties and taxes in accordance with local laws.
(We would like to note that our current customers have not encountered such an issue, and we are mentioning this solely for informational purposes.)
RETURNS or EXCHANGES
How can I return a Fushya product?
We value Fushya products and want to ensure your process proceeds smoothly. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it or exchange it for a different style within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns must be made within 14 days, the item must be unworn and unwashed, and all original tags must be attached. Except for quality issues, due to customs procedures, we reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges for purchases made outside the country of dispatch (for example, only customers in the UK can return items shipped from the UK).
About Returns or Exchanges
The refund for your order will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method.
Please note that we do not provide a shipping label for returns. For returns or exchanges, please contact us.
Return Processes
During the return process, a tracking number from you is required. Otherwise, we may not be able to process the return. Your refund will be processed approximately 5 to 7 business days after we receive your shipment. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. Import taxes, duties, and customs fees are non-refundable.
