When will my order ship?
How can I track my order?
Fushya You will be sent an e-mail when your order is shipped. You can track your order via " Shipment Tracking ".
My order was "delivered" but I haven't received it?
Please contact us.
I didn't receive my order on time?
If expedited shipments do not arrive at the address within 21 days, we will refund the expedited shipping fee. If your Fushya Product does not arrive within 45 days, we will offer you a full refund.
There is a problem with my order that I don't understand.

How does the return or exchange process work?
If you would like to return or exchange a Fushya Shipment;
You can return your Fushya Order within 7 days. If you want to return your order, please contact us using our communication channels.
Returns or exchanges are reviewed within 2-5 days after Fushya receives your shipment.
For Personalized, Pre-Order and Custom Made products, returns can only be made if the product is not as described. To see if a product is covered by this, check the product description. If you do not see such a notice, it is not covered.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Why can't I order a Fushya Product to my country?
Due to our copyrights and licensing agreements, some products are restricted to certain countries.
Do you ship internationally?
We provide shipping to many countries, especially Türkiye, England and America.
How long does it take for my international order to arrive?
International shipping time varies depending on the country and shipping method you choose, but takes an average of 6-12 days. You can track this on the " Track Shipment " page.
Do I have to pay taxes and duties?
We care about you and strive to provide you with the best service possible. We pay duties and taxes on all Fushya Shipments, however if your country of residence has an issue with your package, you may be required to pay duties and taxes depending on your country's laws.

RETURNS or EXCHANGES
How do I return a Fushya Product?
We value Fushya Products. We want to make your process progress in a healthy way.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a Refund or exchange it for another style within 14 days of receiving your order.
Must be returned within 14 days. Must be unworn and unwashed. Must have all original tags attached.
We reserve the right to return or exchange purchases made outside the country of origin of the Shipment (e.g. UK customers only if it is shipped via the UK) due to customs procedures, excluding quality issues.
About Returns or Exchanges
Your order will be refunded back to your original payment method. Your order cannot be refunded back to a different payment method. Please note that we do not provide a shipping label for returns.

Return Processes
Tracking number is required from you and us during the return process. Otherwise, we may not be able to provide order return service.
Your refund will be processed within an estimated 5 to 7 business days after we receive your shipment. Expedited shipping payments are non-refundable. Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
