Your order will be handed over to the delivery company within 48 hours after it has been confirmed.

Once your Fushya order has been handed over to the delivery company, your tracking information will be sent to you via email. During this time, you can track your shipment at any moment.

Fushya orders are dispatched from the most suitable location based on stock availability (Istanbul or London).

For shipments departing from London, all customs and delivery fees are covered by Fushya, meaning there are no additional charges for these orders.

This policy also includes customs regulations for shipments to Turkey (effective as of August 21, 2024).

If you would like to return or exchange a Fushya order, you may do so within 7 days of delivery.
