Your order will be delivered to the delivery company within 48 hours after confirmation. When your Fushya Order is delivered to the delivery company, your tracking information will be sent to you via email. During this period, you can track your shipment at any time.

Fushya Orders are shipped out to the location most suitable for stock availability (Istanbul or London).

Customs and delivery costs for shipments departing from London are covered by Fushya. No additional charges are paid for shipments in this context.

This includes customs regulations for shipments to Türkiye (August 21, 2024).

You can return your Fushya Order within 7 days. If you want to return your order, please contact us using our communication channels.

For Personalized, Pre-Order and Custom Made products, returns can only be made if the product is not as described. To see if a product is covered by this, check the product description. If you do not see such a notice, it is not covered.
