Tracking hasn't updated
Not every carrier transfer receives a public scan. A parcel can continue moving
even when tracking remains unchanged for a short period.
Delivery window has passed
If your expected delivery window has passed, contact us with your order number
so we can review the situation with you.
Delivered but not received
Check the delivery location, household members and any carrier safe-place note.
If the parcel is still missing, contact us.
International / customs
International shipments may pause between export, destination and customs scans.
Customs processing can also extend delivery time.

Why can shipping take longer?
Pre-owned pieces can go through final handling and presentation checks before dispatch.
International carrier and customs processing can also add time.
Why hasn't my tracking updated?
Not every movement receives a public scan. If the expected delivery period has passed,
contact us with your order number.
What does New · Restored mean?
It means the item is pre-owned and has been professionally restored and refreshed
to a near-new condition. It does not mean factory-new or unused.
Can I return my order?
A return may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Requests are reviewed according to the Davenzarry return policy
and are not automatically approved.
When will I receive my refund?
If a return is approved, received and accepted, the refund can be processed
according to the return policy. Your bank may require additional processing time.
